Sims 4 digital deluxe (pre-ordered & pre-loaded) won't startup. [ Edited ]

ok.... I got it to work.... and here's how:   SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS!!!  EA's system requirements are wrong.  You need a beefy PC to play it.  no difference between this PC and my 2nd PC except that the my 2nd is an intel iCore 5, 8gb RAM, SSD, and a nVidia 750 ti while this pc is an intell Dual-core @ 2.5ghz, 4Gb RAM and an nVidia 9600m.   Both running Win7 x86 and are above system requirements.  No real difference except one is more recently upgraded (but same operations).  Fix this EA, Origin, Maxis!!
