Sims 4 demo folder in use problem

Hi, I have tried to install the Sims 4 Demo Create A Sims multiple times and now when I try to press play it says "Folder In Use..." "Sorry, but Origin is currently using that folder for another operation. Please try again later... and I have and it still wont work!
