Sims 4 crashes

My game crashes randomly even after latest update. It will crash during travel, entering create a sim, placing objects from catalog on the lot, and when my sim goes to work. Somebody help. This is really annoying. Also sometimes it doesn't save correctly. It saves up until a certain spot so you can't progress in the game. Running Vista 64 bit. Plenty of memory and ram
