Sims 4 crashes when building no cc fresh install

Sims 4 crashes with no mods, fresh install when building.

Hi, my sims keeps crashing when I'm building. I cannot unfortunately find a pattern. It's been happening a lot lately, so I removed everything and reinstalled the Sims 4 on my computer, so no mods, no custom content, just the games I own. I was building in Sulani on the area where the bar is. I was about half an hour to an hour in when it crashes again.

I use bb.moveobjects when building, that's the only thing I can possibly think of if there's a pattern, but unfortunately, I'm not sure.

I've submitted the config.log and dxdiag. Please let me know if you need anything else.

@Techkoningin  DisplayLink shows no (zero) dedicated video memory. The minimum requirement for this game is 128Mb of dedicated video memory. The GeForce GTX 950m needs to have the driver updated.
