Got the game yesterday played it all last night was great fun had no problems but today i get onto the sims loading screen and it just crashes everytime without fail even made a video I tried everything restarting origin, running in adimnistrator, restarting PC (Twice), trying to play it on origin offline mode here is the vieo i made https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LCtW9Ec2iA

Can anyone help me I'm currently reinstalling it which sucks becasue I will lose my save....
EDIT: The reinstall has not helped either still crashing
