Your processor doesn't seem to be the strongest but you said it worked fine before so that might not be the issue.
So creating new user files did nothing for you ?
There critical errors you get is the same as many others do. There's no real solution yet it could be any number of things causing it.
Did you change anything on your computer ? Did the crashing start after installing a certain patch or was it just random ?

* Yes, the game worked just fine before.
* What do you mean by user files exactly?
* No, I did not change anything on my computer whatsoever between when the game worked and kept on crashing... Nothing new installed, nothing uninstalled etc. etc...
Appreciate you trying your best to help 
User files = The files in documents. Did you rename those (it's one of the tips in the thread but I wanna make sure you tried that one)
