@kbuchmille25 You need to run both DISM and sfc in the administrator version of Command Prompt or Powershell. When you hit Windows key-X, please choose the version that has the word (administrator) after the name.
When sfc is done, please let me know what it reports. And please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
