Sims 4 code has already been used, but my origin accounts have gotten mixed up?

Okay so om my first Origin account I installed the demo and the actual game, played it once and then the next day when I went to play it, it logged me out. When it logged me out and didn't remember who I was, I tried to log in but didn't work. So i  clicked the i forgot my password button but my whole account was gone (microsoft/live). So i tried to re enter my code and game to a new account, but it didn't work because my first game was connected to the first account. Please help, I don't know what to do, and I can't get a new game because it was a birthday present (its today btw).
