Sims 4 city living can't see outside of apartment?

I recently downloaded the City Living game pack for sims 4 and I can't see anything outside my apartment. Theres just this blue hue around everything so I don't have any type of view. Is there any way I can fix this or why this is happening?

This how the game looks on the lowest settings. If your computer can take it you can increase the view distance ans such

Yes that’s exactly what it looks like. I turned my game settings up and it looks fine now. Thank you!

The same thing is happening to me and I don’t know how to fix it I tried everything updating and repairing game and deleting all my mods nothing worked.
