Sims 4 cheat window wont open

My Sims 4 cheat window won't open and I've tried control, shift, c
But none of it works, if anyone has any advice please give it to me

Are holding all three buttons at once?
Please try that.

Otherwise, this might be caused by different things. Do you have a program running or your computer in your background that might be using the same combination? For example a screenshot program? Close any programs like that down and try again.

Other things to try:

• Try using ctrl and shirt on the other side of the keyboard
• Try pressing Ctrl+Windowsbutton (the flag)+C
• Ctrl+Shift+Alt / Ctrl+Alt+Shift+C
• Control + Shift + WindowsButton + C

• Are you using any mods or cc in your game? Try to remove them and see if the game works better.
  For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game.

Not working? Try restarting and repairing the game in Origin. (right click the game in the library)

Otherwise, please give some details what happens, for example, does the mouse cursor change appearance or something like that?
