Sims 4 cats & dogs problem

I just downloaded my game yesterday and I got a big problem with it from the start. I can't create a dog without the game to bug. I have clicked the "fix" button on my Origin account, but it loads it without fixing the problem. I really wanted to play with dogs i have created my self and not just adopted ones, so I'd like to get it fixed. What could be the problem?
