Sims 4 cas is laggy and freezing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? none
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ?
What happens when the bug occurs? when i click on a button there is a 2 second delay
What do you expect to see? there is a 2 second delay when i click and scroll out, it is laggy
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I got sims 4 early august and i downloaded it last month, when i went into CAS it was laggy and a 2 second delay when i click and scroll, this had been happening before i downloaded CC and my laptop specs arent that good but i dont think its because of my specs, please awnser!
