Sims 4 cas demo

Here is my problem, I just downloaded the demo and I was super excited to be able to make my own sim. Everything works, the page opens and I could name my sim and stuff like that. My problem is that I try to modify the sim but I can't! The only thing I could modify are the biceps,well the arms, I did all that the lessons have told me. I tried to click on the face but it would go back to the dumb arms! So please anyone knows what could be the problem, maybe its the game, my computer, or even myself. Please help?!
