Sims 4 cant start

I can't start my game, when i press play it's says im playing sims but after 2 secs it stops.

I can see in my winlog (win 8.1) that sims4 is making an error. There's a file it cant find/get whatever.

But i cant see what file it's looking for. Anyone knows anything ? I've just waited 2 hours on EA support online chat just to find out no one is there.
