Sims 4 can’t make mermiads [ Edited ]

Hey 

I’m having an issue with creating mermaids I get the option for mermaids but just as I am in the middle of making one they aren’t anymore. And also the one mermaid I was able to make does the same thing when I take her from the gallery.
