Sims 4 and sims medieval won't launch.

Please could someone help me?Last night my Sims medieval wouldn't work.When i clicked start it said that i should restart the app, so i did and it still didn't work.I then restarted my computer and then when i opened Sims medieval it said "Unable to start game".I went into properties and clicked on some things but i didn't change anything.After, i went on sims 4 and everthing was fine.Then today sims 4 wouldn't open.When i open it, it says "Unable to start, game already running".I've uninstalled both games and restarted my computer but nothing will work.I've been in properties of both games and electronic arts and changed things but then changed them back but still, nothing will work.I have got help from EA staff but it didn't work.I think it has something to do with electronic arts.Please could someone help?Thank you.

And check if there are any programs running that may cause conflict with Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/

Also, try to run Origin as adminstrator by right clicking Origin's icon and choosing this option.
