Sims 4 and origin not opening

Recently, I had someone remove all the viruses from my computer and now my sims 4 and origin won’t open, can anyone help me?

@QueenieYT  For Origin, clear its cache and then uninstall it "the hard way."

Download the full installer, and run it as an admin: right-click on the download and select "Run as administrator."  This is a direct download link:

Run Origin itself as an admin too, once it's installed.  Let me know whether Origin works, and if so, whether Sims 4 works too.
