Sims 4 - all savings are deleted

Hello,

I open the Sims 4 and the game reacts like I have never played before. 

All Saves are gone and I am ask to create a new Sim. 

As soon as I am in the world, all my families are gone.

That is the second time, that this happened to me.

I can not continue playing like this, specially because the game is useless without long term saving! 

Please help me.

PS: I already moved the Save - File to the Desktop and copied it back. Does not help!

It happens, usually taking out the auto save helps, like described in the link I provided.

That did not helped, like I already wrote before in the PS.

Also I haven't done any "uninstalling and reinstalling" of the game, since I last played, so I can not really explain, how they vanished in the first place. 

Does stuff like this happen often?
