Hi I hope someone can help me!
I basically had my game go wonky after the last update ( vampires, glitches, toddler...oh my...... and no I use NO mods or CC) and I looked around to see if I can fix it somehow. Some people suggested the repair option. So I did. It did nothing but say it can't verify any of my files on any pack. I can still play the game just fine but every single time I turn on my computers its tries to verify every packs files... just to come up with an error notifications. This has been happening for weeks.
Now I wanted to see if I can buy a new pack, stupid idea or not... so I did. I bought Laundry day stuff ....bought it...money went out of my account. However it did not download and there is no way for me to make it download because it says I need Sims4 to play it......
So I am at a loss. Should I try to reinstall my game? I am afraid to do so because my computer files seem to think I don't have the game ( even if I can play it with no problems)
ANNNDD when I look at my game details it says it was last played June 27th.... it is July 18th. Ive been playing almost everyday...
So just how broken is my game haha? is there a fix? Is there a way to keep all my different packs? I can still play the game but the problem lies with I can't update or add anything on and clearly my computer thinks I don't have a game.
HELP!

Thanks! I will try that!
I won't loose any of my Sims by deleting origin? (sorry if that is a stupid question)

@DalShic
I assure you that you will not lose anything. It works the same way as an e-mail account. Uninstalling, for example, Gmail from your computer will not cause that your Gmail account will disappear.
