For months now, I haven't been able to play the Sims 4 on either of my computers. I frequent ea help and nothing has ever worked for me. I don't know what else to try and I'm wondering if there's something up with my account rather than either of my computers. I know I'm not banned from Origin or anything like that because I'm still able to play the Sims 3 through it. I am just very confused since it used to work without any issue and now I just can't figure out what's wrong. Does anyone know of any unconventional ways of fixing something like this?
