Sims 4 Update

I bought the Sims 4 about 3 months ago and was able to play it with no problems on my laptop. I went to play it today and it told me that there was an update required to play the game. I installed the update and went to play the game. It then came up with an error message telling me that my laptop "Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system". Has the game been updated higher than the specs on my computer, and is there anyway I can fix this problem?

1. Could you do an Origin report and put the id here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-use-origin-error-reporting/
2. Once you've done that, try to turn off Origin in game to see if it then works: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/deactivate-origin-in-game/
