Dear Support,
I have some problem with the new Sims 4.
First, when i creating a sim, i have got annoying and strange background.
I just made the sims, after it i went to create a new game, but whenever i sat in graphics settings i have strange texture problems. My videocard is enough to run the game, because the game and everything runs smoothly and fast.

My specifications are:
- Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz HT (2 Thread)
- 2GB RAM
- nVIDIA Geforce 7600GT
- Windows XP (I will upgrade to Windows 7 soon
