Hi, Do you remember which file was it? I have the same problem and it is due to my custom content.

I don't have cc and my game is still frozen at the loading screen with the turning crystal. I have tried to go to the apps on the bottom and close it but that did not work. I tried to restart and shut it down but it needs to be closed first and I can't close it. Is there any way to fix this?
