Sims 4 Snowy Escape FAIL

I cant select a family in my game, it just loads with the green diamond. If my sim(s) are away from the residence and I select the sim, I get redirected to the main menu.

@Tylorcolvin19 Any error messages ? If not, try a game repair through Origin

@Tylorcolvin19 Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ?

A lot of custom content/mods is outdated and needs updating.

Try removing everything and see if it then works.

@crinrict I cleaned out and got rid of all my custom content/mods before the update and game install.

@Tylorcolvin19 Do you get any errors when you're redirected to the menu (is it the menu or the map ?)

I have the same, did everything the OP did and it's still doing the same thing... :/

@shalilsgames  Can you play a different household within the same save?  How about a different save? I'm not suggesting you abandon your current household, just that it's a useful test.
