Sims 4 Sims not moving lag

in the sims 4 im having this issue where my sim stays in the T pose for quite a bit then after 5 minutes she can move for a little bit but at city living events sims just stand same spot you can't move at all please help i'd like to play the sims but can't with this bug happened after a few updates ago back in the august patch been having the lag worse but fixed for a week after each update then came back

If you have any mods move your mods folder to desktop , delete localthumbcache.package file in your game folder Documents/ Electronic Arts/ The Sims4 and repair game on Origin.
Check if you still have this bug

I had this bug too but it disappeared after repairing and removing mods
I don't work for EA
