Sims 4 Sims disappeared

I've been playing Sims 4 for awhile but after the most recent update every single household and Sim I made just disappeared . Does anyone know what's going on ?

No , the lots are still there but all the Sims that I have ever made vanished and all the progress that I put in the game

Clarify it exactly:
Has your whole old save disappeared? Do you still have the "Load Game" button on the screen?
And by the way, do you use any mods or CC?
