Sims 4- Sims Won't Do Anything

Hey so my sims won't do anything. One of them is super nasty gross and is just standing in front of the shower and no matter how many times I click "shower" he just stands there and time goes on but he won't get in. I have cc and I tried removing it but it didn't work and it was working fine until I installed the parenthood game pack through origin. When I bought it, it worked fine for 5 minutes then it started glitching now they won't do anything. Can anyone help?

<SIGH> Have you repaired the game? (Origin > The Sims 4 > Click cog > select 'Repair')?
