Sims 4 Reinstalling problem!

Hi everyone!

I bought Sims 4 (actual CD physical copy) a little while ago and today when I tried to play the game wouldn't show up in the 'My Games' list in origin. I kept trying to find it and refresh the page but it just wasn't there. So then I had the bright idea of uninstalling the whole game and then reinstalling to get it back. Only problem is, every time I try to reinstall Sims 4 it says 'this code has already been used' from the last time I installed. I literally can't do anything and i'm so annoyed because I really wanted to play.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@sassqueencoco Did you try - open Origin - click Origin upper left - click reload my games. are you long in the same account you used to activate the game. When a code is accepted by the system that code is locked to the account used at that time. If you can't remember your log in and password for that account you will have to contact EA customer service. This is an open forum for users by users and accounts can not be accessed here.
