Hi, I requested a refund for Sims 4 almost directly after buying it yesterday (9/8/2014). When I attempt to look at the status of the refund, the page says that it does not exist. I was just wondering if it will be possible to get this refund or if I am going to be forced to keep the game. Thanks for your time!
