Sims 4 Randomly Closes completely while playing

I've been having the same issue with mine....according to the website my computer meets the requirements yet it's still crashing.

the issue with your system is that you have a 32 bit operating system.
Because of that, the game can only use 2 GB of all that RAM you have.
Look into upgrading to 64 bit Windows. I think it's still free for Win 10.
I also split your thread cause it's best to have your own thread on crashing issues.
