I own a copy of The Sims 4 Premium Edition that I bought at my local gamestop, at the time I had a different email that I signed up to EA/Origin. I had a computer crash just recently & had to start from scratch so I signed up for a new account but I'm needing to somehow transfer my Product Code from the old account to the new one.

Your serial is stuck to your first account, why don't you log in with that?
If you really want it on your new account, try contacting EA: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

I'm trying to register my game but it says the serial code is invalid/already used
You have already registered the game yourself and are trying to reinstall the game
The game does not need to be registered again. Login in the Origin Client with the Email/PW you first registered the game on and download and install the game from there. The game only needs to be registered once and you won't need the code again after your initial registration. This is true for both the DVD and the download version. You can skip the activation step on reinstalling.

@Jwblu84 Origin is client software and you can uninstall and reinstall without affecting the game. Download the Origin client - login and change your email. You may have to change the email in the new account so you can change the old email.
