Is there a way to pre order the Sims 4 Cd and still get the bonus content and Sims 3 rewards?

if you have any sims 3 game.expansion pack regestired to your account they will unlock in the TS4 a.f.a.i.k you must have the sims 3 games in order to get/unlock  the TS4 rewards  each expansion pack pack unlocks the rewards
