Sims 4 Pre-Load error 196620:0

Pre ordered Sims 4. It is in "MY GAMES" and says it is ready to pre download. Keep getting error message 196620:0. I tried turning off Firewall and antivirus software, have no proxy server, but get the same message.Have tried multiple times. What else can I try? Or is this a server overload?

That error is mostly due to a server overload, yes. Try again later. There's probably tons of people downloading right now.

Hi

 

I am still getting Error 196620:0! Spent hours yesterday trying to fix this. I have tried turnning off Firewall, antivirus and adblock. I have manually uninstalled Origin and reinstalled. I have made sure all necessary ports are open. Still cant download Sims 4.

Please help.
