Sims 4 Parties, Get Famous and Fame Quirks not working [ Edited ]

Ever since I got the get famous pack, I cannot host parties, get acting gigs and recently it has made it so I can’t have any fame quirks. I’ve tried a lot even deleting my game and redownloading it and I’m just hoping someone can offer me a solution
