Sims 4 Paparazzi with no faces

I am having a problem in my game. The paparazzi are showing up with no faces, I haven't noticed the townies yet, but the paparazzi are definitely afflicted. I have checked it with/without mods and it's still the same. I did however notice when I went back in to take a pic, their faces were more detailed than initially. My Sim and the townies that I've seen are all normal. I noticed Holly Alto, who's an NPC, looks normal too. I've attached 3 pics too. Please help!!
