Sims 4 PLAY button won't highlite

You dont need to delete anything.

Just......

1. Right click on the game in your library.
2. Click 'Repair'.
3. Once it validates and checks your base game and all your expansion pack (usually takes a few minutes depending on how many) the option to play will be highlighted again.

I did that. Play button still not highlighted. Still can’t play.😢

when i try to delete the origin file in c:\ProgramData it says that the file is in use even tho closed my origin... and the rest of the two files get deleted normally, it's just the first one that doesn't work

In the system tray rightclick Origin and select "Quit Origin".

There is no such button.

Rightclick the game in Origin and click Repair.
