They are hidden. You need to unhide them first.

I've tried this but wont allow me to delete as saying folder open in another program on all 3!

Im Having the same problem....help i havent played sims in a while and im getting bored of my demos...FIFA 17 DEMO works fine but The Sims 4 doesnt work.....HELP!!!!

Have you tried deleting Origin Cache files: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-origin-cache-files/ ?

I deleted the 2nd and 3rd origin folders but i ant delete the first one it says that its open in another program but the sims 4 isn't even running i checked in task manager
