Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat

I already have the base pack (Deluxe Version Sims 4) which is installed on Origin on my laptop. I've bought Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat expansion pack but despite getting a confirmation email it does not show up as ready to download ... I've refreshed many times and also right clicked on the base pack and clicked update ..

How do I get access to the game that I have purchased as I'm very frustrated to have paid for something that just isn't available to me and the store is still showing it as available to purchase despite already taking my money,

The game does not appear in Origin.

Click on the base game, then on i. That's where you find Outdoor Retreat.
