Sims 4: Origin is saying game is not installed

I downloaded two packs through steam and now my game is saying it is not downloaded. Ive tried reinstalling multiple times and nothing is wroking. Also, before this issue started, none of my base game windows/doors/arches/stairs etc, was showing up, only the wall. Someone suggested I use Sims 4 Studio but nothing helped.

@kyleebird716 You didn't download it through Origin.

@kyleebird716  Where does it say that Sims 4 isn't downloaded: in Steam, in Origin, or both?  Did you reinstall through Steam or Origin?  Please also post a screenshot of where it says the game isn't installed.

The issue with base game content not showing up should have been fixable with a repair; a reinstall would also address the issue.  So once your game works again, hopefully that problem will be solved as well.
