Sims 4 Not Responding

I am new to Sims and I just bought it yesterday and download and installed it. Every time i go to open Sims 4 it stays in my top left corner. it doesnt take me to any sort of loading page. Ive tried uninstalling both the game and origin and have not found a solution. Ive tried looking up the same issue and cant find anything that has helped.

Please do an Origin Error report then turn off Origin in game.
