Right-click on the game in Origin, and select, Repair Game. This helped me!

it loads the game but it wont go to the game.

I just installed The Sims 4 which i bought a week ago. I was so excited after it's done installing the game, however the game just wouldn't open AT ALL. It popped out a weird window but then it froze. it happened so many times no matter what I did. This is too frustrating!! IT"S STILL A PRETTY RECENT GAME. PLEASE FIX THIS!!
