Sims 4: No custom content

★★★★ Novice

So I had sims 4 but deleted it in June and I just redownloaded it, so when I downloaded custom content and put it it the mods folder it doesn't show up. None does, not even furniture. I’ve repaired the game, created a new mods folder, and made sure that custom content and script mods were enabled.

Disable custom contest once more open a game and play 3 minutes. Save and quit. Now paste your mods in the new game folder, open game menu and enable mods.
For these options are two files responsible in the games folder. These changes must be saved there before the game can see mods. It worked for me - only one time I had to download the same mods once more from creators because the game stubbornly didn't want to see the old ones.

However, check if your mods are up to date. There were 3 patches from June and some of the mods stopped working

I don't work for EA
