Sims 4 Legacy Edition Issue

I don't need Legacy edition but it says I have to use it even though my laptop meets all of the requirements for the regular 64 bit game. It won't allow me to play the regular game even though my laptop is up to date and everything. How do I fix this?

I've already uninstalled Origin and TS4, do I need them installed before I do that?
