Sims 4: Laundry Day Stuff

I bought and downloaded the Laundry Day Stuff pack however, there's no where i can buy a washing machine or dryer? How do I fix this?

Don't look for this in the pictures of rooms such as the bathroom
Select 'Devices' - I am not sure if you will be the same name of this department because I don't have the English version of the game. To describe it - this is where there are also mailboxes.
