Hello,
I just purchased a brand new Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 (Ryzen 7) and noticed that my game started to lag.
I didn’t have it connected to WiFi but it was the oddest thing... anyone have any suggestions?

@FrancesWhite779 Please test in a clean user data folder, as a baseline. Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, then launch the game to create a clean folder. Don't add anything to it yet; just start a new save and see whether you get any lag. If you do, please test again while your computer is not connected to the internet.
If you still get lag, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@FrancesWhite779 Do you still need help with your game? If so, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post, and let me know how the game runs in a clean folder.
