Sims 4 July update story mod glitch and new cas hair not poping up

The story mode works mostly for me it’s just like some of the questions remain blank the options are there I just can’t see them. So I just click next question till one finally pops up for me. Then the other one is that one of the free hairs that they just gave us the one with the bun on top but long hair down it shows up in cam when I put it on the sims but when playing in live mod then it disappears and it’s a bold sim. Not really sure what to do.

Are you on PC, Mac or console?
Have you any mods and CC in the game?

For now, until I don't have these answers:
Go to the Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "repair game"
