Sims 4 Installation Problems

I have downloaded the Sims 4 game to 100%. I have clicked install and allowed the program to make changes to my computer. It just sits there "installing". Doesn't give me a % of installation just "installing". It has been installing for hours now and I don't know why it will not work. I tried running Origin as an Administrator and it does the same thing. My computer meets all of the games required specifications. Can someone help me with this or give me a phone number I can call to get help with this? I live in the USA. I love the sims and all I want to do is just play the game. Thanks.
