I'm having trouble installing the Sims 4. I had it installed once before, but I uninstalled it due to certain issues. The reason why I uninstalled it in the first place was because the Sims 4 wasn't showing up under "My Games" tab, even when I tired reloading my games. As mentioned before, I decided to uninstall the game due to these issues thinking that if I were to install it again, the issues would be resolved. However, when I was trying to install it again, it told me the product code had already been used. I checked several times to make sure that I've properly uninstalled it, and I have. I'm not really sure what to do, especially since I've been struggling with this issue for sometime now. If anyone could help me, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
