Sims 4 Initilization error 135dec40:984c6a38:00000077

★★★ Newbie

Hello. Back in November, my Sims 4 worked fine. I was playing the * out of it, but I got bored after a while, and I stopped playing until pools came out. I forgot about for a while and I came back to play Sims 4 again a few days ago, but when I tried launching it up, I got the error 135dec40:984c6a38:00000077 every time. I've looked all around and tried every solution I saw, but nothing worked. I continue getting the message every time I try to launch of the Sims 4. Can someone please help me?

Can you check to be sure you have your video drivers installed.

Install and retry if not. If you continue to see this error then please post your Dxdiag so we can have a look:

Actually in this error's case, you can most often fix it the following way:

Manually uninstall Origin, then download the latest version of Origin and run the installation again. After this when starting Origin, please make sure to run it as Admin (right click Origin shortcut, go to Properties - Compatibility and tick the 'Run this program as Admin' box) and then try to run the game.
