Sims 4 I think my save file may be bugged.

C:\Users\Other\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves\Slot_00000006.save   

This is my save file and things happen such as, sims disappearing, slow gameplay, sometimes cannot click other household members. etc 

Also I have no idea what this link could help with but it's the link to my main save which i have encountered the problems. I think maybe i need to possibly UPDATE my save, 

However I have no idea. Thanks for your help.
